Ketogenic Diet

Ketogenic life style is a therapeutic option I use in my clinical practice and personal life. Therapeutic carbohydrates restriction leads to normalization of glucose levels, helps people with type 2 diabetes eliminate need for medications, and often reverses type 2 diabetes all together.

Ketogenic diet is a form of anti-inflammatory diet, and it helps with conditions like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis, and many more.

State of nutritional ketosis has many benefits like improvement in brain function, reduction in fatigue, normalization of appetite, …

Carnivore diet is an extreme form of ketogenic diet. It is often effective in people with multiple food allergies, extreme insulin resistance, high inflammation.

Below are some of my favorite resources. Let me know if you have any questions.

Remember:

THERE IS NO ONE BEST DIET FOR ALL PEOPLE. We are all different, the key is to find what works best for your body.

EAT REAL FOOD. Avoid shakes, nutritional bars, “keto” supplements. Yes, sometimes nutritional bars and shakes may be a valuable addition in some situation, but NEVER a staple of the diet.
